Who We Are: About our marketing team
Barbara Eilert founded Eilert Communications
Inc. to create a marketing firm that truly delivers customer
focused marketing. As a marketing and sales executive, she’d
discovered that many firms described themselves as full marketing
partners but, with rare exception, most were one “spoke in
the wheel” that simply did not tap into the full picture.
“We understand the business side of business and wanted to
create a firm that offers customer-centered marketing that
achieves our clients’ strategic goals as well.” Eilert explains.
“We create a new frame for marketing – not a carbon copy of
what everyone else is doing.”

Barbara Eilert: CEO, President
With more than thirty years of sales and marketing experience, Barbara has successfully
launched new products in virtually every type of environment
– from start-ups to established Fortune 100 companies.
Her work in the building industry won a Summit award, changing
the industry’s standards for application guidelines

She has served key companies in the areas of consumer packaged
goods, construction and technology, including Ocean Spray
Cranberries, Sara Lee Corp., Borden Foods, Sona & Hollen
Foods, and ConAgra; Boral Ltd. of Australia and CNET's TechRepublic,
a former division of Gartner Group. She earned an EMBA from
Pepperdine
University, and a BBA from the University
of Kentucky. Barbara also taught marketing strategy,
e-marketing, entrepreneurship, and other business courses
at Bellarmine
University.
